Dear Diary ,

Two days ago I attended the Teacher's Seminar at the school auditorium I was on duty to lead the guest up the stage i was rather nervous at that moment and it was my first time .From the Conference I have learnt alot ,one thing I have learnt was PCK it does not stands for Phua Chu Kang which sounds so familar to you .I do not know the real meaning for this words :

Potential
Capblilty
Knowledge

Basically secondly, I learnt about how do teachers lead the student to excel in their studies through SHELL( not the petrol station) how they functions , handling with customer through real life situtation with video and lastly how the customers behave when the customer missed the flight.
